    What You'll Do:

    Installations, repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems

    Complete daily inspections, job notes

    Utilise simPRO software to provide job notes at time of closing off and completing jobs in a timely and efficient manner and report writing

    Diagnose system issues and provide effective solutions

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

    Ability to run jobs & work unsupervised

    Strong communication skills

    What We’re Looking For:

    Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration 

    Hands-on experience in HVAC systems

    Working alongside experienced technicians to troubleshoot and diagnose issues

    Participating in on-the-job training to gain the necessary certifications and qualifications

    Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

    Job description

    What You’ll Do:

    Assist in preparation of health and safety plans

    Responsible for compiling & reviewing health & safety documentation

    Ensure safety legislation is adhered to by all site staff

    Conduct safety talked, toolbox talks & site inductions

    Conduct reviews & risk analysis

    Incident investigation and reporting

    Liaise & report directly to WHS Manager

    What We’re Looking For:

    Must be studying or have completed a Cert IV in OH&S

    Have a background in construction will be highly regarded

    Excellent communications skills

    Job description

    What You’ll Do:

    Provide administration support with the day-to-day implementation of WHS management systems

    Collection and input of WHS data into systems

    Provide ongoing check-ins

    Upload and maintain documents in Safety, Culture and WHS Dropbox systems

    Support WHS audits, inspections and incident reporting

    Assist in documentation to support our ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001 accreditation

    Ensure all staff have WHS current competencies (White Card, Working at Heights, First Aid etc.)

    What We’re Looking For:

    Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

    High level of organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks

    Previous WHS administration or injury management experience (preferred)

    Familiarity with Safety Culture or other WHS platforms (highly desirable)

    Proficiency in MS Office; Dropbox experience (beneficial)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
